Forecast: Wintry weather ends Saturday morning ahead of yet another warming trend

Be cautious for slick road conditions from Friday night through early Saturday morning. Anything that is icy will be melting as temperatures will be rising above freezing through Saturday morning. The rest of our Saturday looks to stay dry until the overnight hours when rain showers move in and continue through the day on Sunday.

Temperatures look to stay mild through the next several days, but another active and unsettled pattern is shaping up yet again. With already high river levels, plenty more rain is on the way throughout the upcoming week. That rain will arrive early Tuesday and will once again come and go in waves through Wednesday and Thursday of next week. It is possible another round of rain showers arrives by later Friday afternoon.
